Our involvement includes in all aspects of the employment relationship, commencing with the preparation of employment agreements, policies, and personnel manuals and employee handbooks in a wide variety of industries.
We walk our employer clients through the entire employment process and relationship, from before hire to discipline through termination when necessary, and everything in between, including compliance with ever-changing federal and state employment laws and regulations.
We also represent clients in disputes and litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative agency proceedings which arise from the employment context, ranging from wage and hour claims to misappropriation of trade secrets to discrimination claims. In select cases, we also represent executive employee clients and other select employees that have unique needs for advice, counsel and negotiation, or that have strong claims for violations of applicable laws by their employers.
